exercising on an empty stomach will help you loose more weight but you can eat when you wake up but i would exercise a little more
I personally exercise before I eat because if I eat before I get cramps and do not work out as long. Plus I normally do not have time to eat before I go, I sort of just get up @ 7:30 and go straight there, then I come back and eat. Eatting afterwards replenishes your muscles! Eat After & Eat a MIX of Protein, Carbs & Fat
