I am trying to trim down a bit. Will brisk walking help?

High school standards; 1 mile in 7 minutes and 30 seconds. Strive towards that EVERYDAY. You will feel sore the day after the first so give yourself a rest but as you keep running, you wont get sore the day after.

Sometimes that is all it takes a bit of an effort. Also taking vitamins and suplements will help your stamina and take you to a next level.
