Running stairs?

in my house i have 2 sets of stairs.
there are 5 stairs then a landing then about.. 13-15
if i run up and down these everyday for... 20 minutes will i see results and where

runninr stairs is the best way to lose weight!! its a great calory consumer!!! you can lose 1000cal per hour simply by climbng stairs!! bt be careful!!!
if you keep this up for .. say at least two months, you'll get toned thighs. The calf muscles will be toned too, but mostly the thighs...
u hould take it easy for now until the baby is born
