A friend and I are starting a workout plan, and.?
I was wondering what would be the best combination. 3 days cardio, 3 days weight lifting, alternating the days maybe? I know that's how I did it a few years ago, I dropped 8 whole dress sizes my senior year in high school, without dieting, but I weigh a little more now, and so does my friend. Any thoughts, tips, advice?

yes that iz a great idea.especiall if it helped before..also you should try to eat healthy and eat 1200 to 1500 calories per day to make the weight loss quicker.just make sure to stick to eating healthy habits even after you lose the weight..if you want to change the way you have been working out maybe you could do 30 minutes of cardio w/ weight lifting 3 days a week and 45 minutes of cardio for 3 days a week as well(alternating...good luck to both you and your friend

You need to take some days off. Do cardio and weight training together (during same workout session) every other day and just cut back on unhealthy foods.
