I am a 17 years old Indian girl and 5 feet 1.5 inch tall suggest me some exersises to increase my height?
I need to know the kind of food I should eat (and what not)to help increase my height I also need to know about some simple exersises for the same.Please help me.

Stand straight,while taking one deep inhale raise your hands from front and raise on your toes; wait for some moment; then release slowly in the reverse manner.
Try eat foods high in protein like fish,lamb,chicken...
stay away from starchy food like pasta and too much noodles...
swimming once a week is good
if not,skipping about 100 times a day is good or round about 1 km per day

You are at your full height.once a girl gets past puberty, she is done growing, usually around 14-15 years old.
You can't increase your height with excercises! Geez, how dumb can you be?
PS- You're 17, you're pretty much fully developed. Thats how tall you're going to be. Live with It.
sadly there are no medication that i know of that helps increase height of a human being. there were cases where chinese girls in mainland china went for operations on their kneecaps and ankles but their body weight was too heavy and they ended up with damaged knees and ankles, some couldn't walk for life after that. be happy with your height, there are others MUCH worse off than you..
dont worry, u still have 2 years to grow..& also ur height(155cm) is an average height for indian women.so it is not going to be a serious problem!!somewhere aroud 160 is a good height for girls..& the best way to make u look tall is to have a slim or a normal body.adding weight will exagerate ur shortness..got it? hav a good diet & dont worry u'll surely grow..& .go for skipping..it might help..byeeeeeee
i am also short heighted. but i am doing exercices to increase height. you have to do running, cycleing, jumping will inrease your height definitely. good luck.
well though i m a male but i did experience some good result after doing some simple yogasan.you can also try them under an instructor..you can try matsasana / ustrasana / sarbangasana and Dhanurasana , if you dont have any problem with your eyes then you might try shirshana as well..in this age you should be taking almost everything.just dont take too much oil and fatty food.and concentrate on protien and vitamins.and do take plenty of water.good luck

Hi there. As you are 17, it is likely that your body has grown and developed about as much as it is going too. This means that you will stay at 5 foot 1 inch tall for the rest of your days. Lots of thing impact on how tall we will grow & often the height of our family members and sometimes our ethnic group plays a part too. I'm from New zealand and I'm 5 foot 4 inches tall. I have inheirited my height from my family. Be happy with who you are, there's advantages to being short. It doesn't bother me at all. There's nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller now, so celebrate being short! It's about what you're like on the inside.
Height comes from a combination of genes, good nutrition, and sleep. If you have "tall" genes then if you eat and sleep well you'll attain your maximum possible height, however if youhave the necessary genes but don't eat or sleep well then you won't attain your maximum possible height. I would think you are pretty much done growing. Nothing you eat will make you get taller.
Yoga under a good guru may help.Wear high heeled shoes.
Strectinging excerscise & Swimming will help you in incresing your height
