I am very fatty, so I am suffering from blood pressure. Please advice me what can I do ?

change your diet and exercise. Exercise can include just taking a walk around the block each night. It doesnt have to be much at first. It will be a slow hard process, but you'll look and more importanly feel much better.

Is it high blood pressure you have? There is medication you can take to control it. Plus try to exersise and eat healthy food.

leave fats e.g. butter, ghee, cheese, milk, curd etc.
put less salt in yr food
eat boiled vegitable and fruits as much as u can so that u can have yr food less. have salad in yr food.
drink 01 ltr normal water when u get up. drink water as much u can before having food.

if your problem is only blodd pressure then it is quite simple to control it.But it the BP is combined with any other then u have to take medicines regularly. if only bp is the problem then my simple advice as follows
1)excersice regularly
2)Control ur food
3)Reduce the oil, coffine,salt
