After losing 100+ lbs would a tummy tuck be required to remove excess skin? Tell me your story.?
I am working out regularly, but I have to wonder if anyone out there has lost 100+ lbs and did not have to get excess skin taken off to look good after.
Serious answers only please.

It all depends on your starting weight. If you started @ 250 and went down to 150 then yes. If you started at 450 and went down to 350 then no. I started my weight loss at 560 lbs and I am currently at 393. It has significantly changed my body and I have quite a bit of excess skin. However, don't consider any type of surgery until you have reached your target weight and can maintain it. Your skin may also stretch back into shape quite a bit without surgery. Good luck!
there was a story on the Dr. Phil show just last week (see his website for details). Dr. Phil provided the lady with a group of physicians who would do cosmetic surgery on her if she wanted that. Although slim is more healthy, there could be emotional setbacks because of the loss of that much weight. Either you can live with the excess or have it removed. The removing surgically or any surgery really is dangerous, but if you really want that done and can afford it, then I'm all for ya. Best of luck to you.
It depends on how you lose it. Drink lots of water the is supposed to help shrink the belly.
yes my brother has lost alot of weight and the skin on his arms is sagging i know exercise helps some but it cannot get the skin back that has been streched to far
