Why can I loose weight.?

Its not always what you eat, but when you eat it. Think about it. Fast food, something everyone can grab on the go. 10 at night, you need something to eat, you go to the nearby mcdonalds, or, thinking healthy, you make a sandwich at home. You go to bed at 10:30. Now that food is sitting in your stomach, and since your asleep it sitting on you and pilling up. Exercise, walk, clean, do something that gets you going after you eat so that you are able to digest the food and your metabolism is able to eat the food out of you.
so u dont drink soda and u rarely eat mcdonalds but u didnt mention if you eat healthy or not. and if u exercise or not. all u need to do is eat healthy and exercise!
it doesnt matter if you dont eat fast food...you still need to eat less calories and excersize
WELL HOW HARD DO YOU WANT IT. I AM ON A 1200 CALORIE DIET, NO BREAD,NOPASTA, NO CEREAL LOW CARB . I DROPPED 21 LBS IN 7 WEEKS. IT IS REAL HARD. I ALSO DRINK 48 TO 64 OZ OF WATER AND EXERCISE 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR A TOTAL OF 1HR. GOOD LUCK
