I drink a lot of water, could this be the reason why I'm having trouble losing weight?
Answers:
I learned that drinking large amounts - and I DO MEAN LARGE - like 32 - 64 ounces of water during every meal, actually helps you LOSE WEIGHT.
You should go buy some of the lipton, crystal light packets of 0 calorie drink mix to help you gzzle all that water. I am losing 2 pounds a week drinking water.
Salt and sodium are bad for dieters because they make you retain the water you are consuming. That is the only way I see it possible water would make you gain weight.
Keep in mind, FAT is composed of water and energy.
A POUND = 3500 calories.
If you walk for 45 minutes to an hour each day you'll drop those pounds in no time.
ABSOLUTELY NOT, WATER HELPS LOSE WEIGHT!
It shouldn't be - drinking water helps you to lose weight -
