any tips on losing weight?

im 24 and have a 6 year old boy and the last couple of years it seems i keep gaining weight and cant lose any. whats up with this. i dont work out because frankly i dont have much time. im going to start though 3 days a week. i weigh 160 and use to weigh 130. i want to be back to my old weight. igo to school and work. any ideas?? thanks.

Are you eating a lot of takeaway foods, foods that are supposedly lite, diet, fat-free etc., eating processed and manufactured foods and drinks etc. Stay away from artificial sugars like Equal etc.all contain an ingredient called 'aspartame', a highly toxic chemical, a small amount from a packet of equal killed my pet mouse.

Eating yellow foods will help you to loose weight. Try isometric exercises, google it.
You are not going to lose any weight unless you exercise, it just is not going to happen. on top of that drink water and eat sensibly.

I have a 5 year old and go to school and work as well, so I know that time is an issue. My son and I get up everyday and watch the wiggles Yummy yummy video and he and I do all the dances together. Believe me, that is a workout.
1st try drinking a large glass of water before eating (2) then try adding a small/med. salad before your meal (3) then try eating your dinner on a salad plate instead of a dinner plate (smaller portions)
