What is the best way to reduce fat from the stomach quickly?

I'm 15 years old, weigh 125 pounds and am 5 foot 3.5 inches. I want to see results by like September ending.

If you are looking for a quick fix, you will be dissapointed. The best way to lose fat around the middle is to exercise and eat properly. What does this mean? Work your way up to 30-40 minutes of aerobic exercise (jogging, etc) about 5-6 days a week and eat 5-6 small meals each day consisting of a good quality protein source (chicken breasts, tuna, egg whites) and a good quality carbohydrate (rice, sweet pototoes, oat meal). Throw in about 2-3 serving of vegi's as well during the day. Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day as well.

You can do all the situps you want, but won't see results until the fat is gone first. Avoid diet pills, etc because they don't work and are dangerous.

You can see major results if you follow this formula for the next five weeks but you must stick to it and avoid all junk food. Allow yourself to have a "free meal" once a week. You can eat whatever you want for this ONE meal only. Consider it a reward for following your program the prior 6 days. Good luck and don't give up!
