I have a problem??
I'm ten years old and i have a big tummy.
My brothers call me fat but i do not think that i'm fat.
I need a good kind of exercise to do daily.
I'm feeling very shy because of my big tummy.
Please help me.

Your brothers are simply teasing you because they are your brothers. I use to tease my brother because when he wheezed with asthma he sounded like darth vader.
Lay on your back and curl your nees towards your chest then stretch your legs all the way out 2(dont touch the ground.) hold for a few seconds and do it again. do this 12 times daily.
IGNORE THEM....JUST EAT HEALTHY AND DO SOME WALKING EVERYDAY OR SOMTHING THAT YOU ENJOY DOING THAT IS PHYSICAL..AND DONT STRESS YOU ARE ONLY TEN, YOU ARE STILL GROWING...

Spend time with people whom enjoy doing the things you enjoy. Find a best friend and do everything with that person. Volunteer to walk you neighbors' dogs, go bike riding, go swimming, go for a jog, go rollerblading, go shopping, eat healthy snacks.
try not to make to much of a deal about what your brother tells you,, just start exercising ( but don't try to do it all at once), and start eating healthy food.

I suggest you ignore your brothers. I suggest just running around your neighborhood for 15 min. every two days. Also, you should join sports teams such as soccer or cross country.
Try getting up earlier in the morning and run, maybe a mile, daily. And if you are up to it do some sit-ups and pushups each night Before You SAY YOUR PRAYERS. Make sure to remember your prayers :-)
Brothers can be very insensitive. So can sisters in fact, lol.
The chances are that you do not have a remotely fat tummy, they are just winding you up.
However, exercise will tone you up and make you feel healthier. I would suggest that at your age you should not undertake any strenuous exercise routine, maybe you should join some sport team/club. That way you can have fun, gain new friends, and as a side effect of your increased exercise you will begin to feel happier.
Alternatively get one of your parents to take you to your GP and discuss with them how you are feeling. They can ensure you only do a safe amount of exercise.
Maybe you could also talk with your family, as a whole, and say that you are becoming very unhappy with the comments and they are making you feel very shy and nervous. Then they will know to quit the jokes.

ok honey do some exercise : walk at least 20 min. in a day and the other one get down on the earth and put yout head and back in the earth and lift yout legs up and down slowly at least 5 times and the other exercise sleep on the earth and lift your head and put yout hands behind yout head and lift head and neck and dont eat a lot of fat u must less fat at least 70 % and eat mant fruits and vegetable .

i'm sorry to hear that your brothers are being so mean to you. please don't let them get to you. you are still a kid and your body hasn't taken shape yet. if you are still worried about your tummy, try doing sit-ups or crunches. If you don't like doing that, try taking a gymnastics, dance, or cheerleading class. It can be really fun and you can meet a lot of other fun girls to hang out with instead of having to listen to your brothers.
well. go to a doctor and start a balanced dieting. It will help you out within few months!..
You're too young to be worrying about how you look. Most probably, you look quite all right with the way you are now. Don't let others, especially what you see on TV and read on magazines decide your worth.
But if you must need to keep fit, do ab crunches daily and stay away from junk food. Your aim should be to get healthier.
the easiest way for ya is to just go be a kid.go outside and play, run around, play kick the can, tag, just be active..NO VIDEOGAMES
No need to be shy. Your brothers need to growup. You can start of with situps. Do a little each day,but always add one or two each more each day. Go in your room turn on the music and make up dances always moving your body. This is fun and you will lose weight! Just make sure you do something. You also have to change your diet. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables(raw as much as possible). You will feel better,look better and lose weight. I hope this helps you it did me.
