running helps to slim the legs and doing a variety of exercises to tone, like Pilates and also working out with weights.

Or cut back on calories, and play soccer. I've never met a dedicated soccer chick with chubby legs.

exersize and wear hear high heels everywhere!
Using the elliptical machine at the gym plus weight training. Worked for me.
