I'm lactose intolerant, and allergic to soy products- what does that leave me to eat cereal with?

Are there any other milk replacements?

Rice milk is available in health-food stores. You might also try eating cereal dry sometimes. A lot of cereals are really good that way.
This might sound gross, but my bunnk mate at this camp I went to put water in her cereal. It doesn't taste like anything, but it does make it taste more like cereal.
Try rice milk (same concept as silk by made out of rice). I've tried it and it's not that bad.

lactaid- it's a brand of milk made specifically for those who are lactose intolerant. also try Skim Plus lactose-free; this is the brand that I drink.and it is delicious!

is dry milk made of a lactose product? i know you have to add water to make it a substance you can drink. I'm just not sure
have you ever tried organic milk products? I was told I was lactose intolerant and it ended up being that I was not lactose intolerant just antibiotic intolerant. I eat organic ice cream and drink organic milk and it doesnt bother me at all.
goats milk is common, add a litttle sugar. my little girl was allergic to cow and soy het dr. put her on goats milk

I don't think coconut milk is good for your health.it has high colesterol !

TRY THIS: Land O Lakes Dairy Ease Fat-Free Milk. I am lactose intolerant/IBS and I have a bowl of Frosted Flakes almost every morning. I have used the Lactaid Milk but I prefer Dairy Ease. It is sold in 1/2 gallon cartons, shake before using.
