Is there n e diet thats 100% natural food?
Ok, so Im only 5'3 n I weigh 140 tops. I need to b lyk 110 though. Not only do I wanna loose weight so I look good, but my mother has had diabetes for about 20 years. My dad, which is the healthy one in my family, was jus diganost with it also. I NEED to loose all my fat now so I dont have a risk of gettin it wen Im older. So I wanna eat all natural foods, nothing man made, not even Lays Light potatoe chips.
So, wut exactly can I eat?
And is this the best diet to loose weight n decrease my chance of gettin diabetes?

What do you mean by "natural"? All food is natural as it is made of fat, protein and carbohydrates. Eat a balanced diet and get plenty of exercise..there are no miracle cures for weight loss. No matter what you eat, "natural" or "unatural", it is a question of calories. If you eat more calories than you metabolize, you will gain weight, if you eat less, you will lose weight. Don't believe all the hype - good luck
