You are fine and you are still growing. Make sure you eat nutritiously. Drink plenty of water. Walk. walk, walk. Begin a weight lifting program if you are interested .. a beginner can start at home using ordinary household items for weights (cans of soup, for example). Start swimming. Eat less junk food and drink less soda.
