Can you get rid of saturated fat?
What is the difference between saturated fat and unsaturated fat?
Answers:
saturated fat is a solid at room temperature. This is the fat that clogs arteries and raises cholesterol. It is mostly found in animal products (butter, meat fat, dairy products, etc.). Unsaturated fat (especially monounsaturated) is good for you. You do NOT need to supplement Omega 6 or Omega9 oils in your diet, the American diet is already too heavy on omega 6 and 9 fats. Omega 3, you do need to supplement. Good sources are fatty fish (salmon is great), avocados, nuts, flaxseed oil.

You need to eat foods rich in Omega 3, 6 and 9., fish is very good. Omega 3-6-9 suppliments are good too. Exercise will lower it., lowering your intake of red meat.
What's the difference., it is how long the chain of fat is., the shorter the better. Fats from red meat are usually longer than fat from veggies.
