how much i can reduce wt in one month if i follow dieting nd go for a walk 4 days a week?

well if any one can suggest low calorie foods but energy giving because i want to reduce fast atleast 15 kgs in 3 months i will be thankful

15 kg-s in three months is a realistic plan. just stick to your diet and it might work. I've lost 15 kg-s in a month before
