I am a skinny thin guy any decent suggetions to put on weight?
I have tried a lots of food stuffs but no use....!
Any safe medicines??

Its not about medicines, just as you have problems gaining weight, some others have problems loosing it. the same solution reversed should solve your problem.
1. Calm down and stop worrying about it. You will be suprised how worrying burns up energy.
2. When you eat, eat to enjoy the meal and eat for as long as you want.
3. If you are the fidgetty type. relax and stop all the unnecessary movement
4. What ever you do sleep for the maximum rest period recommended per day, i think 8 hrs a day.
5. Make sure you have a religion and a faith. It is the only way to peace of mind

I find thin men attractive. Don't try to put on weight. Eating fatty food will just add fat to your body. Try working out, lifting weights, cardio, you will build muscle. Muscle is much more attractive than fat. Working out will increase your appetite too.
drink lots of full fat milk,it certainly works on babys,no reason why it wouldnt work on you.
Add a spoon of honey to warm milk and drink it everyday.
U could also eat lots of bannanas.

Definitely do not try steroids - the side effects such as no sex drive and a shrinking penis, acne and heart attack are not worth it.

I had an ex boyfriend who found it very hard to put on weight.

He managed to gain about a stone by working out at the gym, taking weight gain power shakes and also eating three big meals a day.

I would also right down how much you actually eat and drink in a day because you may not be eating as much as you think you are, especially if you occasionally skip meals.

The other think to think about is lots of girls like mick jagger snake hipped boys, there is nothing wrong with being slim.

MAybe you could recognise that lots of people may want to have your physique, lots of rock stars and actors are very slim.

You need a fitness trainer. Maybe you can put on some muscle. Learn to accept yourself and love yourself for who you are. If you are a remarkable gentlemen, people will see you as such. Personally, I am not attracted to thin men but I have had one that I was absolutely in love with. I just had to close my eyes when he undressed.

yep sure why not? get a cheap weight set. ease into it, do just a few exercises to start, the idea being to develop a habit. Sorry, never made it past this part. but maybe you can!
My hubbie has the same problem. A fast metabolism is to blame (wish I had it) He follows the "Body for Life" program, by Bill Phillips. It is a great program! The key is to bulk by fitness and lifting program, not junk food. Also adding a weight-gainer shake with the workouts will have you gaining about 10-15 pounds per month of muscle, not fat. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. Try it, and good luck!
You need PROTEIN and WEIGHT LIFTING. BUIlding muscle mass is the bet way to put on weight - but you need sufficient protein in your diet to be able to build muscle, so you can add protein shakes to your diet as well. And don't forget to make sure you also have iron in your diet.
