I am trying to lose weight after havign baby, don't want flabby stomach skin, what do I do?

I have to lose like 80-90lbs will I have to live with having skin hanging and flabby?? )=

if you are already past that, just these small changes, added to a smart exercise and diet plan or even on their own, can make a HUGE difference

--never eat for 3 hours before bed
--eat something when you first get up (tells your metabolism to work)
--drink lots of water, with at least a drop of fresh lemon juice in it (you wont taste it, it makes ur water better for you, and you wont retain the water)
--find small ways to get a little extra exercise. park farther from the store etc.
--NEVER EVER microwave a babys bottle or food, it kills the nutritional content and alters the molecular structure making the food a carcinogen. in fact, microwaves do that to everything, so avoid it or even throw it away. not only that, but things you gotta microwave tend to be bad for you anyway.
--stick with fresh foods. a good rule is to shop the perimeter of the grocery store. meats, dairy, produce, etc. all the nasty boxed stuff tends to be in the middle of the store.
--if you cant change your eating habits entirely, at least start cutting back on how much you eat. think about how much of a portion you WANT, and put back a third of it
--eat slower, and you will digest better AND get full off LESS FOOD
--our bodies often mistake thirst for hunger. try grabbing a bottle of water when you are hungry. still hungry? then eat.

good luck, and dont worry, when your child is walking, you wont ever get to sit again, lol. that will be lots more exercise just in your daily life
