I'm 13 and im not anerexic but pretty skinny.. how do i gqain weight?

eat lots of stuff like eggs, pasta, bananas, and drink protein shakes. also do lots of exercise so that you dont gain fat, just muscle.


eat the energy bars and drink the energy shakes they sell for weight lifters etc,

Talk to a doctor and they can help give you a specialized eating plan, because if you just take advice from regular people then you might develop bad eating habits and become overweight. So DEFINITELY talk to a doctor.
well one way not to gain weight is to eat candy.never do tht when ur trying to gain.eat healthy things but..have alot of it..like lots of rice and beans..haha funny..and carbs.things like tht..eggs
yah i had a friend, the Same kinda Problem, but she started Eating A'lot of Bread And Mashed Potatoes, if you exersise cut back on it as well. trust me you will start gaining weight soon to,i'de say no more than about 4 weeks, when you eat bread& pot's, eat about 6 slices a day, and get the Potatoes that are in dryed flakes in the stores, the kind you add water milk then heat the water, oh and butter to. good luck .
You need to see a doctor,you may be undernourished. You may just be small framed, I was until i got old and everything changed.
