Am I in Shape? Or Just A Little Of the Way There?

I am 16 years old, and a little over a year ago I weighed 175 pounds. I worked out like crazy, and am now down to 145. My current workout is running 3 miles a day at a 9 minute pace, doing sixty to a hundred pushups and situps, and also some biking. Is this what you would consider an advanced workout? Or should I up the difficulty if I want to get sculpted?
Thanks

Being in shape isn't a Yes/No question - it's a big spectrum. It sounds like you are in pretty good shape but your goal shouldn't be focused entirely on weight. As you build muscle you can gain weight because muscle mass is more dense than fat.

It also depends on what you want to do. If you want to be in shape to run a marathon, it takes more than it does to be in shape to play basketball on the weekends.

It does sound like you're living a healthy lifestyle so keep up the good work.
you need to do some weight for sculpting you generally want to do a hole body work out that's what I do that's all that's missing keep up the good work good luck
