advanced cardio workout!!?

okay. I'm a high school cross country runner and a wrestler. I'm in better shape than most. I don't have access to the weight room at school because practice runs past gym hours. I NEED a cardio workout that will incorporate pushups, pullups, sit ups (the basics). I've looked online but found nothing. Again, i'm in better shape than most (17:30 5k time, 205 lb bench press, etc). any links to a site that can help?

Answers:
Tabata intervals.

Do as many pushups as you can in 20 secs, rest 10 secs
repeat for situps
repeat for pullups
repeat for bodyweight squats

Repeat the whole cycle 6-10 times. You can also modify it for sprints.

If you want more variety, do the Workout of the Day (WOD) at Crossfit.com. You won't be disappointed.


doing those stations with little rest will do it, but add treadmill sprint repeats to it.
