I ate 156 g carbs today. I feel super guilty. Should I?? More details inside.?
I ate a frozen Chicken Chimichanga and a Trader Joe's Pad Thai bowl (plus some other stuff like a banana and some coffee). I don't eat this way all of the time, I think I'm ovulating or something.
BTW, I am 5'4", 110 lb and 27 y.o.

It's okay for us ladies to indulge when we are feeling hormonal. Don't worry about it. just don't make it a habit.
Should you what? Every day is a new day. You can start new tomorrow. Forgive yourself and move on.
one day blowing your diet will NOT kill you
don't dispair.. go back to regular diet tomorrow
Go for a run and work it off.
you're going to be fine..
don't punish your self for over-eating a meal. If you ate that in one day, then I think that's not enough... Just make sure you don't eat TOO much Every day of your life.If you're 5'4" and weigh 110lb, then you must be very slim and sexy..
so you gain .1 lbs, make up for it tomorrow 8)
At 110 lb, you shouldn't feel guilty for having eaten something you weren't suppose to eat (I don't know, you may have a diet or something).
You shouldn't beat yourself up over one-time over-eating, since you don't consistently eat this way. 110 lbs is well under the maximum healthy weight for your height. At 27 years-old, your metabolism can probably handle this. If you continue to feel really guilty, may be you should go for a long walk or spend a little more time doing cardio at the gym. I would only begin to worry if you consistently begin to eat like this. You certainly wouldn't get enough of all the food groups with such a diet.
NO! living long term on the fatkins (or any other low carb diet) can be very hazardous to your health, you are much better following a low calorie diet with regular light excersise to loose / maintain your weight, preferably see your GP for details on this or join a group such as weight watchers.
Also never feel bad about treating yourself, if you really want to eat an unhealthily (but delicious) meal once in a while that's fine, as long as its not every day, no diet should deprive you of tasty food permanently.
