sit-ups,push-ups,crunches, lift some weights, start with 5 lbs, also eat right, no pops or sugar
quit sitting on the computer and go excercise

I recommend cutting out all wheat products (breads, cakes, cookies, etc)
If you know your blood type there's a book called Live Right For Your Type that will tell you the best exercises for your blood type and the best foods to AVOID for your blood type to lose weight too. . .

For meals, you can find a lot of good lean cuisines in the frozen food dept. like salmon with basil.pretty tasty. Always check the calories on what you're eating so you can keep them down. Get some 30-minute workout tapes, try a few different ones, until you get one you like and have fun doing. There are a ton out there. The main thing is, don't starve yourself or go to extremes. This process isn't a diet or a weight loss plan, it should become a way of life. If you eat healthy, exercise, you should be able to burn off some fat.
Running is a good way to lose weight and tone your body as it exercises all of your body. Just maintain a healthy, balanced diet along with exercise and you should stay fit and healthy. However, you shouldn't try losing weight unless you really need to, wait until you're older so it doesn't damage your body so much.
well first off there is a place called outdoors,and if teens spent more time there they would not need a weight loss plan,lets just say what we all know TEENS ARE LAZY and need to get out from under the computer and video games and learn to enjoy the simple things life has to offer,then the weight will come off the way nature intended
walk! instead of a tv show walk, or if you have a treadmill walk while your watching tv, but walking outside burns more calories. also, no chips or soda should help you loose several pounds without any exercise!
ok, ive done this and it sooo worked .
number one :
empty out all junk food in ur fridge and home. if u see it u will want it, so throw it out.
- keep a diary of what u eat
- eat break , lunch and dinner
- dont eat after 6.30 pm
- eat fruit if ur hungry , try having a small portion of breakie and eat an apple with it or a banana
- eat fish , chicken , salads, greens, a little pasta ,
u can eat certain food s but keep it in moderation , ,
- cut down on portion sizes

exercise:
go for a 30 min walk
go for a 20 min jog
do 50 situps an hour after eating each mean
go swimming , tht works wonders and it means u dont have to do no other workout
