What tips do you have for running long distances, quickly, in 100 degree weather!?

Here in the south - that is a common problem for us.
Drink plenty - I mean plent of liquid. Water being the best. Try taking some supplements. Calcium, Vit. C, Vit. D.
Calcium and Zinc (Study from University of Flordia) are in the top 5 of what makes up sweat in an active person.
