I am 5 7'' .What should be my proper weight?
I am currently at 175 pounds. Do you think it will be better for health reason if I lose 20 lbs. ? That's my goal.!

well im a girl and im a girl and i am almost that hight i am just an inch shorter. but you are tall when your tall you have to be little heavy cause of your tight but if you whant to lose weight it is up to you and the goul is not to hurt your self

i think its about 150-160 becuase im 5'7 and my doctors say i should weight about 135 for the normal size women.. so yea talk to you r doctors if your weight look real good on you then you might dont need to loose anything at all!
