Am I overweight?

And Do I also Look overweight? I am trying to lose some weight.Any advice would be great.. I also have another picture on 360 . thx

Actually, I think I was the only one who recommended losing weight, but after seeing your pictures, I realise now that you obviously have a lot of muscle, so you don't need to overdo it. I think you look great, a picture always paints a thousand words! I was just suggesting to lose 20lb-30lb based on BMI, but when you are muscular as I can see from the photos, BMI just isn't accurate.Take care : )

uhh.. you need to no your BMI ( body Mass Index) thatll tell you whether or not you are overwheight or not. ummmm go to www.deathclock.com and it will tell you your BMI after entiring your age weght etc. its really cool
It is difficult to tell if you are over weight as you are sitting and you have your clothes on (lol).Do you feel over weight? If you do, then adjust your eating habits and increase your activity. I had had enough of feeling sluggish and heavy so I cut out whole milk, butter, breads, candy, junk food and started walking instead of jumping into my car when my destination was not too far. I have dropped 22 pounds in 30 days and what a difference!! I also discontinued eating after dinner (I used to eat if I woke up during the night!) If you are in need of help with a weight loss program, there are countless numbers of books and programs that you can find everywhere!! Good Luck! All you have to remember is that you want to change and it isn't that difficult.you just have to believe that you can do it!! (If I can do it, you can!!)
