Abs question?

I want to have good abs, what excersices should I do?
Can you tell me of a website that shows how to do that excersice correctly?
And, how many a day should I do? I am 14 and I am normal, not fat, a little thin.

hey go to http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm lol you wont become one unless ya want but they got SOOOO many exercises for each part of your body. it's freaking awesome

Lay on the floor and lift your legs in the air, and try to hold them in the air . The more you do, the longer you should be able to hold your legs up in the air!

Do 3 sets of 50, leg lifts..
