Weight Watcher's is a great program. One you can live by for life if you allow yourself to do that. But, you have to be committed to do it, otherwise it is a waste of your time and money. The one thing I enjoyed most about it when I did it was the meetings. I loved going to the meetings and hearing different people give advice on what they ate, how they fixed it and recipe swaps. You can always learn helpful little bits at each meeting. You loose weight, but if you don't continue the program after you have reached your gaol it will come back, plus more.

Do it yourself. Easy enough. Eat three healthy balanced meals a day. Eat three healthy snacks in between. You will be eating six time a day. Every three hours. This is going to get your metabolism working again and once you do that you will see your weight start to come off. Remember healthy meals. Keep away from all of the bad stuff, fried, high calorie, breads, starches, all the stuff you love. But if you eat every three hours the chances of you getting hungry is less and you are more likely to stick to it. I learned this when doing the South Beach Diet. It works!
