If ephedra products are banned by court ruling in August, 2006, how come it is still available online?

I read articles that ephedra contaning (any amount) products are banned again in August 2006 but there are still a lot of edhedra contaning products online. Any ideas why? or how? Isn't it illegal? Can't they stop it?

Answers:
Ephedra was banned but about a month later the ban was recalled. They then banned ephedra in large doses. So what you can buy online and in some stores is a lesser dose than before but it is legal. I don't know the exact case that reestablished ephedra.
i wish i can find any diet pills online that have that in it, it really works and worked for me a few years back
