I am sleeping in mornings. I don't get any health problems. But I am becoming fat. Plz help me in reducing my weight and look good always.

Look at what you are currently eating and make the changes you need. More protein, less refined sugar and fat. Eat dinner before you go to work and consider that you last meal of the day. Have plenty of lean protein like fish and chicken and salad or steamed veggies for dinner. For breaks at work choose yogurt and protein bars and fruit. You have to figure out what you like though. And get up and stretch periodically while working. If you get a couple of breaks, take a short walk even if it is only up and done the hallway. Take a walk when you get home before you go to sleep and eat a bowl of cereal.
Watch what your eating, drink lots of water, and excercise plenty, and you'll be back to your normal weight in no time.
Exercise..before work..just walking 20mins a day can help! Good luck!
Go walking around on your breaks. If you are scared to walk around at night, walk around your office. If you walk around your cubicle area 10 x, you should be on your way to losing weight.

Try not eating fast food, eat some natural stuff. Have a granola bar instead of a cookie. Make sure, though, that any snacks are void of saturated fats. Lastly, use your afternoons to get outdoors and exercise. 30 minutes will begin to burn off those cheeseburgers.

Find a routine of doing Pilate's, (Denise Austin), before you start work, or after. Eat a lot of Calcium rich foods, Broccolli, milk, oygurt, etc. It doesn't hurt to take calcium vitamins. I don't know why, but Calcium is great for weight loss. I am an at home mom as well and have been for many years working from home. And I found that routine is key. If you push yourself for a week or 2 , it will become a routine and become easier to keep up. Becasue it is in your daily doings. Also, ALWAYS, keep your posture straight and suck in the gut. If you slouch your tummy only has one place to go.out. By sucking it in and sitting up straight, you are forcing the muscles and eventually they will get strong.

Don't eat too much at night or worse just before going to sleep in the early mornings like I did working the night shift as a juvenile detention officer. I gained weight also and found I could do better on two meals a day, about noon after I got out of bed and about 6 and a light snack at 11 or so,
