Body Six Pack?

Hi im 15(male) I'm 5ft 11 1/2 and Weigh 10 stone 6 (66kg, 146lbs) was wondering how would reveal my six pack ,, also how long?

Hiya mate...take no notice of these idiots..u can do 10 sit ups a day to build your abs up but what u need to do is lose the fat that is covering them to show them off...30 mins cardio running,or cycling 3 times a week plus a good diet to go with it should do you
being 5ft11 and only 10 stone6 you should have a 6 pack coz you must look fairly skinny. so i rekon you need to get some muscle there. so do situps.
Why the hell are you so desperate to show of your body, girls do date your stomoch, they date the person, I would go out my way just to look like a cardboard box. Your like one of those girls who wants to be a size 0.
do you mean you want to develop a sixpack on your abdomen? if so you're going to have to do a hell of a lot of sit ups and abdomen work-- goodluck-- but dont push yourself too hard-- you could get ill!-- erm... you're just 15-- why are youself conscious now? you're too young to worry about such things--
go to the gym and ask one of the trainers there that question they should be able to answer it
try doing push-ups. im 14 and i do 50 push-ups every morning and night and it worked for me, about a couple of months. just do as many push-ups as you can every morning before your shower and at night before you go to bed.
