Good advice for sore stiff muscles after exercise - please?

Had a gruelling session at gym yesterday - body aches - remedies for taking away the pain.

Stretching is always good after exercise.
Also deep massage well relieve the tension built up by the muscular contractions of exercise.
Also the use of alternating hot and cold compresses on the painful areas will help to kepp proper blood flow to the muscles and reduce the possiblity of swelling.

Sauna or hot bath.
Take some ibuprofen and a nice long soak in the tub with hot water and mineral salts. The heat will help relax your muscles and the ibuprofen will help with the pain.
massage or hot bath helps, after each session you should do some running for at least 15 min, hope it helps :)
Best remedy is rest. Also do some light stretching.
