Is a cheese-only diet good for me?
Because my children only like string cheese, that's all I ever buy. I let them make all my decisions. Is this normal?
Answers:
Honey, it is good you have asked. First of all, your kids oviously have a diff. constitution than you that makes you probably more delicate.
Secondly, you do not know the HELL you are getting into! You are losing early in the fight of control in your household. Remember parents and children cannot become friends: like equal peers. Otherwise you would not be able to guide them. Now if you lack skills and knowlege pertaining to upbringing and other life skills, then you have to spruce up your knowledge. On the other hand, at the proper age, you can slowly let them assist you in management as the need arise.
I would think this would constipate you
no to both
No you have to eat veggies and fruits and other nutritious food also. An all cheese diet is not good for anyone. You should let your kids pick which fruits and vegetables and cheese that they like but you should be the one who stresses the importance of getting something else in their diet.
:o
No it is not a good diet and no it is not normal to let them make your decisions.
well its surely good for cheese market.
a cheese only diet is very high in fat and calories, as well can can cause constipation like eating too much of any dairy product. i would try to find some 'fun' foods that your kids like, such as pizza, chicken strips, peanut butter and jelly, or grilled cheese. introducing foods slowly and introducing 'safe' foods that are more bland may help this.
and you should never let your children run your life. sounds like there is some changing that needs to be happening in your house.
