I am trying to lose weight and would like to know what kind of foods contain protein?
I was reading online about protein and it says that protein supports weight loss. I do 30 minutes on the elliptical everyday, but that's not enough. Food also counts.

You need to avoid protein that contains fat, so eat lean meats like turkey, chicken, fish (but never fried, only grilled, baked or steamed and no skin). No red meat. Skim milk but not whole milk. No cheese - too much fat. Egg yolks not good - egg whites fine - again, not fried.
meat, cheese. peanut butter, there are alot of good soy products that are actually good,fish,eggs
Tuna, eggs, meat, cheese are all high in protein. Peanut butter is also high in protein.
Meats, dry beans, eggs. Have you tried iincreasiing to 40 minutes, and are you mixing it up, don't do the same routine everyday, or even the same exercises.
