How do you control your eating?
Answers:
Well it is all about portion, what you eat, and excersise:
Portion:
First of all, don't eat until your bloated. Just eat until you fell moderatley full. Also, don't eat one huge meal. Break it up into small snacks and the three regular meals of the day.
What you eat:
A big part of staying fit is being careful of what you eat. Like, when you go to the supermarket, avoid all of the cookies and candy and go into the healthy food section as in breads, meats, and fruits and vegies. But don't eat too much of one thing. And if you want soda, get the diet ones instead. They taste just as good. Also, check the fat and calorie content before eating or buying it.
Excersise:
Make sure you get excersise daily. Go outside and run, or sign up for a sports team. You can also go to the gym and lift weights, do the bike, or run on the tredmil.
Hope I helped!!

put tape on ur mouth
i heard that you can brush your teeth when u want to eat something and after you do it the sensation will go away. XD
cook up a weeks supply of food and put the food into portion sizes you are allowed and then freeze the rest so that you wont be tempted to overeat
See a shrink
Try finding a hobby that u can get obsessed with so that u dont think about food. My obsessive is drawing.
drink some water when you feel hungry. I think it helps. Ifind that when i drink water i want to work out since i drink it before my work out any way.
i know how u feel, try changing ur eating dishes, eat in small plates/cups and don't desire for more or tell urself that i will eat later in the day, i dont have to eat more right now, eat half of what u normally eat.. good luck!
Use smaller plates, like salad plates. The portion will look larger. Then while you're eating, do something else like watch TV or do a crossword or something. In about 20 minutes you can decide if you're hungry again. And drink lots of fluids, it'll make you seem fuller.
Forty pounds gone now!
Think think think before you eat. Lay everything out in front of you first and do not get up to get anything more. Then eat everything slowly, you have to give your body a chance to recognize when it's full. Also, remember that there is no rule you have to have 3 meals a day. You can eat 4, 5, 6, as long as they are all good portions and healthy for you.
Don't keep food in the house that you love. Only eat when you're hungry, not when you're bored. When you're about to binge, come here and help someone on this web site. And of course, eat lots of fruit and veggies , lean fish (tuna's great), chicken without the skin. Change your eating habits for life. You can do it!
More than likely, your relationship with food is hurting you. I would really suggest seeing a nutritionalist to help you curb your appetite, BUT ALSO see someone who can help you understand why you sabotage your own efforts.
dont be anerixic uh? work out buy a tredmeil or ablounge or skate hey i skate and im pretty slim jk
first eat right .then kinda lower your junk habits.
say to you self '' stop eating so much''! you can get fat and who knows what could happen! and eat alot of fruits and vetgables. you can eat one or two snacks a day like one during lunch time and then after dinner. hope I helped!
it may not be a problem. check out this website and find out. it's fast and easy. www.kidsnutrition.org/bodycomp...
It helps if instead of eating 3 meals and snacking all day you might try eating six smaller meals and start some hobby's to keep your mind occupied on something other than eating
i had same problem for long time i just started eating really slow and drinking water in between my bites and you will be surprised how much less you will eat before you feel full if you eat fast you actually over eat befor you notice you are full it worked for me 35lbs ago.
