Does anyone have some good advice on loosing weight quickly?

Stay away from fatty and sugary foods. Permanently.
Doing exercise, jogging, walking instead of driving whenever possible and joining a gym helps.
Reduce your meal portions and watch everything you eat. A snack here, a snack there ruins your diet!
Don't forget to get enough sleep and drink lots of water.
Check the labels on the food you consume for fats and sugars (fructose, glucose etc.)
Don't reward yourself with a meal until you reach your goal weight, and by then you'll learn to love to eat what keeps you healthy.
I did the special K diet for a couple of weeks before my wedding. It is not sustainable but it works if you just need to loose weight for a special day.

You just eat special K 2 meals a day and whatever you want for the 3rd meal.
become a vegetarian or a vegan. i was 13 and i lost like 10 pounds. i didnt even NEED to lose weight, but i looked so much better after that! you just feel so much healthier!
the best way to lose weight is making changes that you can keep for life. because many times people go on crash diets and then end up gaining all that back and even more... trust me i know. several changes that really helped me are(i lost 20 pounds in a little less than 2 months and i keep on burning and getting healthier); 1) dont eat after7pm - eating before you go to sleep means that that food wont be burned off, have an early dinner and do whatever it takes to keep you mind off food til morning .2) drink tons of water- good for skin, hair, belly fat, detoxifies, etc. 3) stay away from processed foods- extremely bad for you - research it. 4) workout 3-5 times a week, cardio and strangth- better to have short intense workouts than long innefective boring walks on the treadmill. 5) avoid bad carbs like those in white bread, and stick to good carbs found in whole bread, fruits and veggies.
Take a water pill and you will drop 5 pounds in the first few days. It is all water weight but it still counts :-)
