diet pills?

ok, I know I messed up. the lable says when you start that you should take 1 pill 3 times a day for the first 3 days, then on the 4th day go up to 2 pills 3 times a day. I started it today at the 2 pills 3 times a day and I'm so jittery and light headed and crampy. should I go down to 1 pill or just keep it up and my body will adjust

Wow, here we go again. Someone actually responded with, "If you're have any side effects you should stop them immediately." Ummm hello. she is having side effects (jittery, light headed and crampy) none of which are any good. I would recommend to stop taking them. Those stressors are wreaking havoc on your body and causing more stress then needed. Sure your body has the amazing ability to adjust to many, many things. Just ask any alcoholic or druggy or any chronic junk food eater. Ever watch the movie, "Super Size Me?"

Look, I can appreciate anyone who wants to lose weight. But all those ergogenic aids out in the stores and on TV DO NOT WORK.

Seriously try eating a balanced whole food diet that is specifically made for YOU, cut out all the sugars, lay off the grains for a while, cut out the sodas (including diet sodas), caffeine and switch to drinking water, and of course get some exercise. Try reading a book called, "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" and learn about the "side effects" it will have on you.

I know you don't want to hear this, but give up the pills and change your eating habits and start a consistent exercise program.
U mean 3 pills a day.
When you think of weight loss and losing weight, the first things that probably come to your mind are either those "lose weight fast !!" articles that are in every magazine and newspaper in the world that never work and are written by some personal training idiot that has no idea what they're talking about. or maybe you're thinking of all of those weight loss pills that claim to be safe and allow you to "eat whatever you want and still lose weight because the pill will do all of the work for you" or whatever stupid line they are using to get you to buy their useless unsafe weight loss product. Or, maybe you're thinking of rice cakes and never eating and being hungry all day long.
It depends on what type of pills they are and what the active ingredients are. It can't hurt to lower your dosage until you get used to them, especially if its a caffeine based pill. Go down to 1 pill 3 times a day and make sure to take a good multi vitamin with it and that helps with the jitters. Also, especially if the pills have caffeine in them, make sure to cut caffeine out of your daily intake, that will make the jitters worse and speed up your heart rate. If you have any side effects stop taking them immediantly!
I'm not sure what you are taking, but I take Sackers and I can only take one a day. It tells me to take 3 a day. My body can't take that it's to much. I take what I can handle.
I THINK YOU SHOULD JUST TRY TO DO SOME EXCERCISE INSTEAD OF USING PILLS CUZ PILLS HAVE SIDE EFFECTS SOMETIMES. I THINK WORKOUT AND DIET WOULD BE THE WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT. TRUST ME CUZ I DID. LOST 50 LBS IN 3 MONTHS.
You have not said which drug this is you are taking, but if you can no longer tolerate it, do not take it.
