start exercising. seriously check out some web pages that show u some exercises that well leave your body awesome. You are going to look like hell on your jeans. Good luck
Legs and abdomen, I dont know. But arms you can take the little five pound dumbbells and lift them up and down behind your head. The best way i can describe it to you is to lift you arm straight up and then bend at the elbow. I would say to do three reps of 15 about 4 times a week.

For legs and abdomen, try doing v-ups. and for the arms, do some push-ups. Try 3 sets of 10 for starters and increase sets every 3-4 days.Also, watch your diet. eat lean protein and vegetables and whole grains. If you are able to excercise outdoors even better. Try swimming if you are near a pool, ocean, lake. They will help tone your entire body.
