Foods to assist with weight loss?
Answers:
Air sandwiches and imaginary ice cream cones.
taters
yogurt, apples, banana's, (any type of fruit), oatmeal, salteens...
low fat milk, it makes your body slimmer especially ur waist.
oatmeal, tuna
Things like oat, fibre rich food, bananas(loads of fruits that you could have as well),potatoes(roasted, boiled etc)
food rich in fiber it has a satisfying effect and yet aids your digestion.
Protein will generally keep your satisfied for longer, egg whites + no fat milk in a blender is a healthy breakfast, which will keep you satisfied for longer - it really depends on how much exercise your doing, as you will find yourself more and more hungry the more you do - lean chicken breast (cut the fat off) grilled with salad, is a great lunch which will keep you going, (hold the dressing if you can), grilled fish with salad, cut out carbs if you can - unless its cereal with lots of fibre, and you know you will be working it off for the rest of the day (no carbs for dinner if you can avoid it), brown rice isnt to bad and wholemeal breads but still for dinner its bad, its just basic common sense really - High Protein, Low fat, Medium Sugar (sugar will give you energy), you know whats good for you, just make the right decisions and you will be fine
Good luck with your endevours and remember - Smart eating and you will reach your goals
Lettuce, Cabbage, Celery...
Go Atkins. Eleminate all the carbs and sugars and you can eat as much as you want.
