i am fron india.. i want to buy a foreign product..will the custom duties be added to d charge of the product?

i wanted to purchase 5lb optimum whey protien from www.bodybuildingforyou.com. it costs $32.i.e around 1500rs.. but in indian shop it cost 3000.. i was told by the salesman that it is inclusive of the custom duties.. so will i be charged custom duties if i uy it from net?? pl reply.. i will be gratefull .. thank u
