Can stress cause belly fat?

I exercise alot and eat healthy, but i still cannot lose weight in my tummy. My arms and upper body is super thin. Why is this, what can i do?

Stress causes person to be fat. I saw this in March's issue of Esquire. Something about the body not knowing if the stress work related or because theres a lack of food!

So try to cut down on the stress...or learn how to manage the stress.
Half and half. One way yes from laying around and watching TV can cause over weight. Then being stressed can just be normal like being tired it's OK as long as your not stressed out all the time.
