How do you lose stomach fat asap?
I hate my stomach. It is so hard to lose weight form my thighs and stomach. And it's hard for me to keep up with diet and exercise because I'm so busy with school right know.
Answers:
You cannot lose weight in only one area of your body (spot reduction). Your body metabolizes fat evenly from all areas.
Losing fat is a matter of proper nutrition along with regular exercise. I know that this can be difficult with a busy schedule but it's not impossible. If you really want to lose fat and stay toned you simply HAVE to find the time to exercise and eat properly. Your program does not have to be perfect. If you don't have time to exercise for an hour, can you exercise for 10 minutes at a time throughout the day? Something is better than nothing. Certainly you have time to eat 3 meals a day combined with two small meals in between, don't you? This may mean getting up a few minutes earlier or making minor changes in your schedule but it can be done.
I know people (myself included) who get up at 3 am or 4 am everyday in order to exercise before work. We find the time to eat 2 or 3 main meals then find a few minutes here and there to eat smaller meals throughout the day. It may not be easy but it can be done.
Life does not give you something for nothing. If you REALLY want this bad enough, you WILL find a way to do it!!

I'm sorry, but there is no way to lose "stomach fat". You cannot isolate an area to burn its fat stores, the only way to get rid of fat from one area is liposuction. The body burns fat systemically, in other words from all over the body, not just from one spot. Sorry to disappoint you.
