I wouldn't reccomend the rice diet. It DOES work but people who do it are generally very unhealthy and their bodies don't function correctly once they are finished. The rice diet is very constipating and causes your bowels and digestive system to work much slower and incorrectly, which is very uncomfortable and difficult to fix, even when the diet is finished.
