4-6 pounds in 4 days?

I'm in deep. I'm at 118 lbs right now and normally I'm 112, i'm 5'3 and a size 3 at biggest. I have a go see on tuesday (2nd of april) and I need to go back down to 114-112 lbs by then. I told the agent i was 112 lbs and im worried their going to weigh me. I'm a fitness freak...i workout constantly and eat 800 calories a day. I know you're supposed to eat more or whatever but I can't do it. Any ideas on how to get rid of 4 lbs this quickly? Btw i cut out carbs and most sugars, eat mostly protein

If you gained 6 pounds in 2 weeks, then it's probably water weight. Go to a sauna or drink less. Or cut out sodium, it could be causing you to retain water. Are you PMSing? Take some Midol, it helps with bloating.

u should get that lose 10 lbs in 2 days juice diet...it'll make u lose bout 5 pounds realistically.

for breakfast eat special k, one bowl and take it easy on the milk. for lunch and dinner eat a can of progressive soup they are low in calories with all the nuitrition you need. if you get hungry in between each meal eat a dannon light & fit yogurt. if you work out a lot like you say you do then you could lose 2 pounds a day. it works.
