Is it better 2 leave tiny cavities alone or drill them out and put fillings on them?

Answers:
Leave it up to your dentist to decide. Tiny cavities may not bother you right now, but they could become bigger and cause problems later on. You don't want to wait until your teeth start hurting, so maybe the old adage about an ounce of prevention being worth a pound of cure may just apply in this situation. But as I said in the beginning, see what your dentist recommends.

Have a dental professional drill them out and put fillings in them or they will most likely expand. You could end up needing a root canal or gold tooth. If you want to keep your natural teeth over the long term - get the fillings!
little one turn in to big one better to get them fixed now
If you are sure they are actual cavities it will be better to have them filled, use the composite material when done. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. There is a good possibility they could get bigger so to stop it now is better.
Never ignore a cavity. They will not stay small but will grow in size and become painful and lead to serious problems. See your dentist right away.
A cavity is active decay. If it continues it eventually breaks into the pulp chamber and you either need a root canal or extraction. You're choice!

Root canals are $150 to $300 per root and the cap or crown is $150 to $500 extra.

A filling is $25 to $60 per surface.

Extractions are $75 to $300 depending on complexity!
Nip the problem in the bud before it gets worse.
drill em out and fill it. i advice. cos e cavities will get bigger and bigger until u can say bye to ur tooth.. and although the damage on the tooth surface is small. the cavity may have advanced quite deep down into ur tooth know? so.. best advice is fill it up although its small.. =) good luck.. and nice day..
