why do my teeth ache after mild workout?

Answers:
Do you grind your teeth when you are working out?

are you biting down when you lift? try breathing through your mouth
what aches is NOT your teeth, but your nerve AROUND your teeth.
your teeth are acheing, possibly, probably because of two things. Your body is not hydrated enough, when you dont have enough water in your body, it swells. And, the increased blood flow in your body when you work out, will swell up your body too. Both of these things make the gums swell up and if you have teeth problems (gingivitis, cavaties etc etc) the nerves will swell up and your teeth will "ache". Try taking a couple of IB Profin (an anti-inflamatory) before a work out and make sure you drink a bunch of water an hour/two before so that your body is well hydrated.
You are clenching or grinding your teeth while you work out. Get a bite guard if the problem is extreme
