Baby has black line on teeth. What can it be?

I already tried to google "black line on teeth" and nothing came up that really fit with what I'm seeing. (You don't need an MRI to see the black line.)

I don't know either but I would have to guess that it is something genetic since her sister's kids have it and she had it too.
I tried looking it up on different sites and I can't find anything either.

My best guess it is some type of vitamin deficiency causing it...just a thought..
It sound like a vitamin defincieny and or maybe some sort of teeth degeneration due to type of formula he had as a baby.
