Can you brush your teeth too much? (i'm thinking 5 times a day)?

Answers:
I am a dental assistant and my answer is no. The main way people can harm their teeth is to brush to hard. You do not need to apply much force, just take your time. Two minutes is recommended. Another thing is use only a little amount of toothpaste
nothing wrong with that=you should have marvelous dental check-ups =will warm you though that vigorous scrubbing will wear them down
also try brush in a circular motion too
Well maybe 5 times a day is good for your teeth just don't brush too hard , at least you are trying for good Dental Habits.
